Curai Health Partners with Tufts Medicine to Expand Access to Virtual Care
Partnership delivering high quality, virtual-first care to patients
Boston, March 27, 2024 – Today, Curai Health, an AI-powered virtual clinic, announced a new partnership with Tufts Medicine to expand access to high-quality, convenient virtual care to Tufts Medicine patients across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

By using a new feature in the MyTuftsMed patient portal app, patients will be able to share clinical concerns and then either connect with a Tufts Medicine clinician in person or receive virtual care powered by Curai. Patients directed to virtual care will be able to chat with a licensed clinician within minutes, at any hour of the day or night. Patients who need in-person care after a virtual appointment will be referred to in-person physicians within the Tufts Medicine network.
